G.W. Haltom Mansion Tour

December 8-9, 2007

This tour was a historic event, as well as an inaugural fundraiser

and great success for the Birdville Historical Society

Visitors have a great time at the Haltom Mansion. George & Karen Angle are on the right.

Thanks to those "behind-the-scenes" who helped out with the food and drink. Rick Kirkland & Tracey Boone are standing on the left.

Friends have a great time at the Haltom Mansion, which was decked out for the holidays.

Birdville Historical Society vice president, Laura Hunter (left) and Tarrant County Historical Commission member, Juanita Gonzalez (right) gave room tours at the Haltom Mansion.

French Horn musician, Katie Phelps (left) and Violinist, Sarah Alvis (right) performed a duet, entertaining guests at the Haltom Mansion Tour. Both are members of Birdville Baptist Church's youth group.

Robert & Mary Haltom (left) and Scott & Mary Haltom Lancaster (right). Robert Haltom is the grandson of jeweler & Haltom City founder, G.W. Haltom, and Mary Haltom Lancaster is Robert & Helen's daughter and G.W.'s great-granddaughter. We thank the Haltom family for being so gracious to open their home for this historic tour.
